SlateVision is analytics and research software for daily fantasy sports ("DFS"). We provide statistical models, optimizers, and research tools for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a gambling operator: we do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers or contest entries, and we have no affiliation with DraftKings, FanDuel, MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, or any team or league.
DFS involves financial risk and skill-based competition against other players. Nothing in the service is a promise or prediction of winnings. Past results — including any results we display in marketing — are not typical and do not predict future performance. You are solely responsible for your contest entries and their outcomes.
You must be of legal age to participate in DFS in your jurisdiction (18–21+ depending on region) and use the service only where DFS is lawful. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
One account per person; keep your credentials private. You may not share accounts, resell or redistribute our data or outputs, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use automated access beyond normal app usage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans bill in advance via Stripe (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel or pause anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund policy: [7-day refund for first-time subscribers / your choice]. Prices may change with notice; founder-rate subscribers keep their rate while continuously subscribed.
The service displays statistics, odds, and media sourced from third parties. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of any data source or the service itself, and either may change or be interrupted at any time.
The software, models, and content we create are ours. Team names, league marks, and media belong to their respective owners and are used for identification/informational purposes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for contest losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Alberta courts.
